About three weeks ago, I noticed a certain hen that wanted to just sit on her eggs all day. Figuring she was wanting to be a momma, I shoved a handful of eggs under her warm body and let her continue to fulfill her dream.
Yesterday, my son and I went to check the progress of her work, and we noticed she had seven little chicks already under her wings.
When we went to check on the this morning, we noticed there's one more chick trying to hatch out of it's egg. I felt compelled to record a short video on it's escape plan. Please feel free to laugh along with the rest of the world at my opening line. I didn't know how to edit the clip. Laugh on!
